This gallery shows my work in the context of the work of Zosima Collective, of which I am a founding member.
Formed in 2013 through a shared desire to combine artistic experimentation with broad-based inquiry, Zosima Collective is a collaboration between political scientist Ann Orsinger, poet Byron Kerr, and artists Bruce Wylie Jr., Daniel Bernard Gray and me.
The exhibition "Access," installed at Zosima Gallery from March 1 through April 3, 2014, was a cross-disciplinary dialog between these members on the topic of access, with particular attention to the arts. Each member focused his or her work on a different thread of the discussion. As viewers moved through the gallery, they moved through the conversation.
